How To Order
Let's create your dream bikini !!
- Choose your styles: This will determine which measurements you need to obtain.
- Refer to the size chart: Depending on the style you choose, you will need different measurements**. Further info regarding special sizing situations can be found on the size chart. Some styles will ask for additional measurements.
- Pick out any two fabrics. ***
- Leave any "size notes" that you think I may need to help create your bikini. Preferably your raw measurements, as most people wear the incorrect bra size. Note that when you leave measurements, you are allowing me to change your size as needed.

**If you leave notes of your measurements, you are letting me know that you are unsure of sizing and authorizing me to change what is made according to those provided measurements.
***Fabric choices cannot be changed after an order has been placed.
Additional Info:
Custom swimwear is only available during designated restocks. I highly recommend planning your order in advance, as restocks tend to sell out quickly. You can find restock info here.
During a restock, you'll enter a virtual waiting room, similar to buying tickets for an event. This system manages website traffic and provides an estimated time for when you'll be able to shop.
Please note that adding items to your cart does *not* guarantee your order. You must complete checkout and receive an order confirmation to secure your purchase. If your cart suddenly empties, it means the items have sold out and the custom swim drop has ended.
ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION:
Route shipping protection is automatically added at checkout to safeguard your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. You must give the "View Cart" page roughly 5 seconds for the app to kick in. Failure to have Route in your order at checkout is your responsibility as it cannot be added after. You will know its there because it will show up as an item in your cart on the checkout page.
Route makes it easy to resolve any shipping issues that may arise through their claims process. Keeping Route on your order, you can file a claim directly with them for a quick resolution.
If you remove Route at checkout, you assume full responsibility for your shipment. In the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged package, you must contact USPS directly to file a claim. One Ocean Swimwear is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages when Route protection is declined.
