Returns / Exchanges / Refund 

All items are final sale unless otherwise listed below.

Eligible for exchange: Standard Sizing women's custom swimwear, Unisex Athletic Shorts, and Men’s Swim Trunks. Please note that all one pieces are customized to your torso length and not eligible for exchange. 

Return Policy 
Returns are not accepted. Some items may be eligible for an exchange. See Exchange Policy. 

Exchange Policy 
All exchanges must be approved before being shipped back, if an item is returned without prior approval the return will not be accepted.  If an exchange is approved there will be a 25% restocking fee per item and shipping both ways will be at cost to the customer. Items approved for exchange must be shipped within 10 calendar days of approval. Swim bottoms must have the hygienic liner intact to qualify for an exchange.

Refund Policy 
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. 
Return To Sender: If an order is returned to sender for any reason and no email response is given within 30 days the item will be refunded minus the restocking fee of 25% for items eligible for exchange and 50% for items not eligible for exchange excluding any additional fees. 
Communication Issues: I reserve the right after 14 days of no response to cancel an order due to lack of communication necessary to complete your order. In the event your order will be refunded, a $15 administration fee will be applied.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. I can then evaluate the issue and find the best resolution. I want you to be thrilled with your purchase & will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis. Please inform me of any issue within 10 calendar days of post marked delivery date. 

Package Protection: I offer shipping protection to you at checkout. When shipping protection is in your cart, you are adding package protection against loss, theft and damage during shipping process. Package Protection is only available to those who purchased protection at the time of checkout.  To remove the shipping protection from your order, you assume all responsibility for your shipment. Please see Term of Service Section 21 for more info. To submit a claim, click here.
