.1. No Social Media Communication: I do not offer customer service through Instagram or other platforms. You must use the chat box on my website (bubble on the bottom right corner) or email me. 

   

2. Response Time: Please be aware that I cannot respond immediately. I try to get back to each and every one of you asap but I am just one person and active orders are my priority. It may be a few days until I can get back to you. I do not respond on weekends.
