Shipping policy
All items are handmade to order not including the Ready to Wear selection. Please allow a minimum of 3-7 business weeks for processing of your custom order. Processing time may be shorter or longer depending on your position in line and time of the year. For current timeframes, please see the hyperlinked bar at the top of the website.
Once the item has been shipped, I have no control of when the item will be delivered to you.
Estimated shipping time will vary depending on shipping method chosen at time of purchase.
PACKAGE PROTECTION:
I offer shipping protection to you at checkout. When shipping protection is in your cart, you are adding package protection against loss, theft and damage during shipping process. Package Protection is only available to those who purchased protection at the time of checkout. To remove the shipping protection from your order, you assume all responsibility for your shipment. International Boarder and Duty Fee are subject to the Country of delivery.
NOTE: International orders may need assistance from me for specific collections. I will have to build the order for you on my end and send over an invoice. You can fully checkout on your own with Apparel, Ready To Wear, and Custom Swim collections but will need assistance for all others.
International / Worldwide / Armed Forces Shipping options available. UPS, unfortunately, is no longer compatible with my website. For international orders, taxes and duties may be charged by your country’s customs agency, and these fees are the responsibility of the customer. Since we do not have information on each country’s tax rates, we recommend checking with your local customs office for any additional charges before placing your order. NOTE: I have not seen shipping costs exceed $60 USD through DHL going to the EU. If you are only seeing prices exponentially higher, please reach out.
CANADA : UPS is unfortunately no longer compatible with my website. I've been notified that duties have been up to as much as 50% of the total order cost. Visit this link to find information regarding self declaration of your package which will save you money in boarder fees.
